The new District Service Commission Chairperson Mrs. Scolastic Ndyagambaki has received instruments of office handed over to her by the CAO Mr. Willy Bataringaya at the district  Service commission office. the function was attended by DEC  members ,district service commissioners and former chairperson Mrs. Lydia Rwakishaya
